There are a few public parks on the island we've used for some BBQ's. This would be a very cheap (free) route, but limited facilities.

Coe, we can use the terramar community area which has a covered eating area and plenty of room.

The pavillion at the park at Jamaica Beach would be perfect. They fixed it up pretty nice since ike. There is a playground so that way there would be stuff for the kids to do while the adults had their fun, which would allow for families to come. There is plenty of room there for 100+ people and I'll bet its either free or really cheap to rent.
