Fished from 1630-1900. Water temps were 73-75. Water was significantly more off color than 3/10. Tide was slowly falling. East wind about 7-10 knots.
Only 3 reds. All were sitting on top of reefs in less than a foot of water. Many times, their backs/tails were visible.

Jones northshoreline had bunch of mullet flipping around. No luck there.
