  • Thinking of Raffling a motor, would there be enough interest?

I have 2013 ETEC 90 20" with 352 hours I took in on trade. Ive listed it and have had many offers but doesn't cover what I paid for trade in. I want to move the motor and was thinking 80 entries @ $100 per entry. I would include motor, controls, and rigging to winner on there boat hull. I would use a random number generator and do it VIA FB live. What do you think. If I get enough interest, I will move forward.

    Thanks,
    Bryan

Yes, I think there would be a lot of interest. I think FB has some rules against raffles on their site call it a waffle instead to avoid the internet police.

After Researching looks like I can sell Tickets for a Drawing, and host the drawing at my shop or at an event. Maybe could pull the ticket drawings at one of the FWE Tourneys?

Yes you need to call it an "Opportunity Drawing" I think pulling the winner at our event(s) would be acceptable. Or you can pull it at your shop.
