Chocolate Bayou at the 2004 boat ramp will have a drop off point

There is always traps on the south side of the ICW out side of Chocolate that they miss.

Also in Chocolate near the mouth of Wardens and on the North shoreline from Nymph Pt to New Bayou....

            Also way up New Bayou

all the traps are put into roll off dumpsters.you are not supposed to keep any of them or any blue crabs, you can keep the claw off the stone crabs though

When I find lost traps or ones with missing buoys (outside of clean up dates) I always haul them back in and trash them... Anyone that has had a trap get in their prop knows what I'm talking about here! I just grab the ones littering the bay floor.

Sunday February 21, 2010 We'll be holding our clean up efforts. During the dates of the two drop of locations for West Bay are as follows:

                          Fat Boys

                          &

FM 2004 Bridge over Chocolate Bayou (Boat Ramp there)

Les McDonald (Artist) and member on 2COOL has been gracious enough to donate a framed print for the boat that brings in the most traps!

Please post up if your able to make the Sunday cleanup on Sunday February 21, 2010.
