I think HW is still trying to figure out the best plan going forward.

I remember one of our members couldn't get anyone to return his calls. Finally after 5-6 months someone picked up the phone and said sure you join as a member... I wonder how many other potential members just gave up?

Well if they would open up their damn launch to the public and stop being so snotty and uppity they probably would have been able to keep the doors open. It was kinda nice to pull up and drink and eat so close to the house but lets be honest the food sucked real bad for the price. Get a knock out behind the bar and a decent cook, let the regular joe launch from there and they may have a winner. Novelty wore off. no business.

I think its the same problem Pointe West has. When they dedicated those subdivision they made all those facilities exclusive to property owners. They sell all those lots/houses on the basis it'll only be owners that can use them...ie keep the "white trash" out (which is bullshiet because some of the best looking girls I've seen are white trash/slut looking type and so they should've just limited that to the white trash dudes in my opinion) I think the restaurant was off limits early on to non property owners, like Pointe West was. I would imagine their winter time business sucks worse than most too with poor cash flow to pay bills.
