Sorry you had to be there to undertand...the little bugs in the water made it glow when disturbed them...i was told that happens more in the summertime.Comment

phosphorous plankton and micro organisms... You should see it when I do a night dive and turn off the light and its pitch black you waive your hand in front of you and the sea turns neon green
