They smoked a bunch of fake pot and got Dain Bramage-obviously permanent this time-and he thought they were driving towards Surfside in his buddies airboat but instead were going in circles. The flare was for visual effects while screwed up on Kush. If ya listened, you could hear them saying "Wow Dude, that was sooo cool can you shoot another green flare , like wow."

Some folks should learn their limits on mind-altering drugs.

Yep we saw them too, but I didn't see the flare go off. Not sure what the regulations are around WB complex as far as grass beds are concerned but further south you will get cited if you are caught destroying vegetation. I would think the same rules would/should apply along the entire coast.

A boat means just that something that floats on water, The marsh and eco system in our area is very fragile, Ive seen these guys rip across protected bird sanctuary's, wading grounds, just anywhere they can get those worthless backyard helicopters into. Not only that, they rip across you when you finally locate your fish in a quiet cove, so there that goes as well. I say sink them all and give Cajun Joe a peeru and a paddle. Don't know if I spelled Peeru right, but you get my point.
