Thanks! I'm guessing it was the cased stuff with japs and high temp cheddar. I do need to visit the camp sometime, it's been far too long. Next time I'm off and you're down I'll clear a bunch of goodies out of my freezer and play chef at the campHe was out a couple days ago and threw some on the grill. Talk about good!
