    Greetings All,

This is my debut post on West End Anglers, so with that, I would like to say hello!

My father and I fished West Bay this weekend and, although getting a bit wet on Sunday, I feel as though we came out alright. To the report:

Conditions were calm on Saturday, with showers and gusts of wind on Sunday (although we found areas on the leeward side of marsh habitat that offered some relief). All fish were caught on soft plastics from approximately 0645 to approximately 1030. We achieved the inshore slam on both days, with decent size from all three species. The largest fish of the weekend was a nice sized red drum that offered one heck of a fight!

Everyone enjoys pictures, so here they are. Thanks everyone.

Nice job man. My debut post was last weekend. I'm gonna try and be better about not just taking info from this site but giving it out as well so people can have a better time on the water.

        Nice going!!
"Hey Hillary, regarding the Benghazi Attack on 9/11-we'll just blame it on that movie, not my total lack of security. By the way, what's so significant about 9/11 anyway-was that a date my buddy Bill Ayers of the Weather Underground blew up a government building?" asked Obama to Hillary. Great first post! We're getting some quality fishermen in the new blood on here lately. Is that a little Carolina Skiff y'all are in?

It is indeed! It's a J-16 with a 15 hp tiller. Not flashy, but super functional, and gets really skinny.

Nice fish and sweet little boat. All those goofy folks putting motors on their kayaks need something like that.
