personally, I would recomend the Pimp as well. Greg is a great guy who is well worth booking a trip or two with. My next thought about booking a guide, and a question that I always ask is....what do you want form the day?? If you can tell your guide what you personally want to accomplish from the day, it will be better for both of you. Both Greg and I prefer to wadefish, he is definitely much more up on the current state of the bay than I am.

Yup! those are two great captains as well. They have the redfish dialed in tight! They both know trout fishing a lot better than they let on, too. Good personalities as well. You wouldn't go wrong with Pimp, Notorious, or Showtime.

If you are looking for some real knowledge, you might consider 007, he seems to have the inside line on everything that has relevance.

I don't know about any inside line on relevance but I do know he put bountyhunter on a eight pounder and others on this board as well have had many successful trips with 007!!!

That's pretty cool, and I never said anything about his fishing ability. Just not sure why he keeps making a practice of talking about me. The comment above wasn't really necessary, and I wasn't trying to tell anyone that I was interested in guiding them. I did mention that I would recommend Greg, Thomas, and Clint, since I know all three of them. Would have been pretty easy for anyone to put their two cents in about what guide that they like, and just leave it at that...
