Met FP10, Jeremy at the fish spot this morning for a trip out on Moses. I knew when I left the house it was in vain but I'm a man of my word so had to go. Upon arrival we were greeted by the lowest tide I've ever witnessed on the lake and a nw wind at a sustained 15-20. We made it out the slip and I quickly noticed the water levels were down at least two foot so we headed for a leeward shoreline and began our drifts. The sun was out nice and not a cloud in the sky so we eventually patterned some fish in 4 ft. of water over shell and caught a few trout and some undersized reds and the wind was howling when I finally talked Jeremy into giving it up. Upon arrival back to the launch we had to winch the boat up on the trailer from way out with Jeremy getting a little wet lol but mission accomplished. I'm glad he was with me or that little whaler would have been beached with all the shrimp and oyster rigs. Fish were finicky but liked the chartreuse down south and bass assassin soft baits. Maybe next Tuesday will bring better conditions.

Jeremy's a solid young angler, and despite what i've heard backs a boat trailer pretty well. LolOriginally posted by WestEndAngler View PostYou will catch more fish leaving Jeremy at the dock... He usually gets on the boat with Bananas.
