I know that's a long time in coming Tom. Hopefully it's going off without a hitch.

Ok, Looks like I'll meet up with WillieP and 007 down at the ramp at 11am. The wind should be waning and the tide ready to turn by then. Depending on the depth of the tide, I'll either launch the Mudda or leave her behind. We'll swing by the camp and grab the sawzall and other things we'll need then hit the old Ghost Camp site. We'll shave down the piling nubs, chop the pilings up and get it all ready to haul. We'll chop up the old fiberglass tank, get those last 2 PVC pipes cut out, and tackle that metal pipe as well. Then we'll call it a day unless the winds are ok to make a haul.

Tomorrow night will be spent in the kitchen with the heater I believe. It's going to be too windy and cold for front porch sittin'. I'm not sure what I'm serving yet. Gotta hit the store tonight.

Sunday morning we'll get going as early as possible and get all the hauling done. Looks like it will be me, 007, and CSBF unless anyone else wants to join in. When that's done, I'm going to do a boil and celebrate. If anyone joins in we'll get it done that much sooner.

Sandy, as much as I would like to come & help, I just can't break away this Sunday. Only day I have off & hard to catch up on homework. Maybe when I get off these 6-10's work weeks I'll be able to come help more. I had a great time last weekend in spite of the wind.

It's going to be rough tomorrow, but not as rough as it was last Saturday. Whooeeee!

No problem SCHU, you done good and helped get us to this point. No doubt in my mind WillieP, 007, Spike, and I will be able to get it done this weekend. I've said it many times, but I can never say it enough. It never could have happened without each and every single person who came out and helped.

When I heard you were coming Mike, I had to make a special trip to the store for more barley soda.

No problem Bro. Don't get there too late or you'll miss supper! I'm about to pack my bags. Just need Mike to call me back on what food to bring.

That stuff's more important than gettin' to the camp early. Take care of your gramps. They ain't around forever.

Do you have enough help Sandy? I don't have the time set aside for going to the camp, but if you are going to have a problem getting done, I'll come down and help so that you'll beat the deadline.
You all have done too much to come up short.

I would love some more help Man, but I'm not in a situation where I think anyone should be putting themselves out. Mike and Willie are like 4 people instead of 2, and Spike is a young buck crazy enough to do anything. Bring your waders Spike!

My camera is primed and ready for the big official moment of done-ness on Sunday. If I was worried, I would have taken the day off on Monday. Though we are at what I would consider a minimum compliment, I have compete confidence in our ability to get it DONE!

The only thing I wish I had was another boat to move people on Sunday while I haul stuff. If anyone has a boat and has the time, that would make us finished sooner. This may be the final ride of the Ugly Mudda.

It might be premature, but I'd like to offer up for anyone who lifted a finger on the Ghost Camp to come out for a little enjoyment next weekend. I'll be taking a day to do nothing but enjoy. There will be absolutely zero work required of anyone. Pencil it in if you can.
