  • West Bay Boat Ramps

I've been without a usable boat for a few years. I was hoping for a list
of public boat ramps still open after Ike. I just purchased a new hull and getting it set up. Looking foreward to being limited to walk-in spots.

    TIA.....Dale

Fat Boys (under neath I-45 on the N side near Tiki)

There's also one on the S side after you get over bridge I don't know the name but the ramp isn't too good.

You have Pirates off Stewart near 12 Mile Rd

There's a launch in Sea Isle one public one private you can tell the difference

    Launch in Jamaica Beach

old KOA camp on the west side of San Luis Pass

I'm sure there are a few others but those are some of the ones I've used.

        Thanks guys.
I have seen the one on 8 mile road over the summer and it looked washed out. Have you used it ?
Also how about Tiki Island , Hitchcock diversion canal , and Harbor Walk
        on Jones Lake.

            Ramps

Harborwalk is private and Teakwood on Tiki is closed. The ramp on the Diversionary canal in Hitchcock is open but not sure what condition its in.
You also have Louis on Hwy 6 in Bayou Vista but your limited on how tall your boat is. Gater

If I wasn't such a computer dumby I could figure out how to post a picture.

The Hitchcock ramp is useable and I think I got you fixed up with posting a picture, Dale.

Lutes Marina & 2004 Bridge are some other ramps to consider.
