  • Jamaica beach surf

Took my dad out to the surf for the first time in about 15 years, got there right at day break and the water was solid. We started catching specks right off the bat, lots and lots of undersized fish. We managed to put a few trout in the box though. All in all a good day in the surf. We rounded out our morning by hitting the bay and I put him on the Reds too. Click image for larger version

It was a good day, had my wife who is 7 months pregnant out there with us too, she hung in there for a while but spent her morning catching rays and watching us catch some fish lol.

I told him that it isnt always like that! Lol. But the fish made me look good that day. It's a trip that I'll remember forever and I know he will too, he is still talking about it!
