are you looking for one you mount permanently underwater or just a portable lamp that has the alligator clip connections to a 12v battery?

Because if its the latter, I think Academy sells them for like $20

i have the plans, BUT after pricing it out, it's going to be cheaper buy one new, with my new found finances,i prefer a used one.
