Weather is looking up for Saturday! VJER and I will be at the launch at 10am at the latest, probaby sooner. We'll hit BRs and get all the tools needed, then go directly to the Ghost Camp site. I'm planning on having both generators so we can run 3 saws at once. Whomever else is there, can jump in with VJER as he has a system that he and Monte figured out for cutting the platform up. We'll need a chainsaw man, probably Willie, on the pilings that are all over the place, and probably 2 assistants to help manuever the pilings. I'll be loading the Mudda and shuttling debris to the dock to throw in my truck and haul over to the bonfire site. I could use an assistant with that. We'll work until 4:30, but if anyone has to leave sooner, don't feel bad about it. The more we get done Saturday, the less we have to do on Sunday and Monday.

Sandy & all B.S.r's or BR's LOL. I'll be able to help out all day Sunday. Just need a ride to where all the work is going on. Sounds like I just bring myself ready to work. What time at the ramp Sunday morning? Let me know. Is the road fixed up yet or do I have to go on the beach any.

You're counted in the mix SCHU. Plan on being at the ramp around 9am Sunday if you can. The road is A-OK, no riding on the beach. You've got my cell number. Just give me a ring when you hit Surfside.

Sandy, I'm going to try and be at the boat ramp around 9:00 or 9:30 Saturday morning and may head on over to the ghost camp. Not sure if I'm going to make the club meeting tonight so if anything changes or you need anything give me a call. Thinking about frying up a mess of wing's to snack on during the day and what ever else I can think of.

Willie, if you get there before me and you happen to hit Blockade Runners first, one of the partners, Steve is there already, just so you can introduce yourself. Man, you know everyone loves your good eats. Can't wait!

Gettin' everything packed and ready. Can't wait to get this dad gum thing DONE! If anyone who hasn't posted up wants to come out, no problem pickin' you up at the dock. Give me a holler. 979-215-1755 So far it looks like the only folks staying Sat. night are Reeltime and his buddy. Sunday night looks like just me and TwoMack. Nothin' wrong with that, but the more the merrier.

It's might near gone. Hopefully Sandy will come up with a way to get rid of that fiberglass tank (Chris's last photo). That sucker is about 36 inches in diameter, and has a foot and a half of concrete in the bottom of it. I figure that's about 800 to 1000 pounds of concrete.

                                We didn't have any dynamite.

And yeah - Chris spent the most time pushing that saw through the double 2-by floor. Great job, dude.

Secretly, I'm gllad to hear he's gonna be sore tomorrow. Makes us old guys feel good to hear younguns complain.
