I got a list of what we will need. We need to figure out how we are going to get it.

I'll be the chef cooking. unless someone else better than me steps up.
Meats-2 Briskets, 4 Slabs of ribs, 2 Chickens
That should be enough to get some good cuts out to turn in.
Maybe get some fajitas to cook on friday night just for those that are out there getting set up.

Canopy for our area. I will work on this. I think I can get a 20'x20' one.
Chairs & Tables-I don't have.
Coolers-I am sure everyone has some. I got the ones we are going to use for the meat. I also have a 150 that holds alot of beer.
Beer, Beer, Beer, water, Beer, 12 pack of sodas.
Something to play music.

Hey Gilbert....I got the meat covered. I also have a 130 qt Yeti cooler that will hold 4 20# bags of ice a long time. We can put drinks in another cooler and then use that cooler to transfer ice. I also have a 10 X 10 canopy if needed. Plus I'll have a 5 cases, and a case of coke. Also, i'll buy some plastic ware and paper plates from Walmart....I got another gift card to blow!
Also available if needed...2500w Honda generator.
