Is it ok to put in beside watermans right stewart road? They have a private property sighn out their now.

Launch there all the time. Most people park on the street or in the lot across the street.

That would be the old Pirates Marina and yes you can launch there. I put in there all the time. Everyone in Pirates puts in there and if there was anything going on with that property I'd let you know. We need to all chip in and purchase that Marina we'd have a FWE monopoly on the Island
