We used them at our old house and they did a good job. Might be calling them again.

.... because of its quaint rustic ambience , or so they will say .

$72,330 increase in JB. I can't believe it. Is O'Connor useless? I don't have a clue how to protest myself. Aaaargh.

Go here and find your home, then click online protest, I have a feeling Galveston appraisers are going to be real busy the next few months.

You don't want to protest or apply for protesting until the last few days.... In hope you'll sneak through the cracks. I've been successful a few years this way but have also had to fight it as well.

I've always had good luck with tax protests. I got it down below the price I bought it for a few years back. It's still below value with the latest update.

My house in Terramar was up 70k last year, only 9k more for this year. I took a picture of every crack and issue I could find and let O'Conner fight it out.

same ol sheit every year with them and every other taxing entity. They probably cut a deal with those tax protesting companies like the tax assessor does with the law firms to collect ad valorem taxes that are unpaid.

I think they are intimidated by your fierce looking cat and don't want to have any truck with him .
