New App will be available to help predict when the sargassum seaweed will hit our coast and help predict how heavy the influx will be. Here is the link to the article I found.

I saw this a week ago when they announced it. Part of Texas A&M Galveston I believe? Anyways should be good to track the grass mats. I'm curious the range / distance off shore they plan to track. If I can get GPS coordinates to a raft fairly wide you bet there will be pelagics all over it.We are West End Anglers, a saltwater tribe!

You must have gotten a sneak peek before the symposium. Anyways should be a great tool.
