Ok Y'all, Let's talk salsa. I heard it's the #1 condiment in America now. Ketchup sucked anyway. I know a few of you gourmets out there make your own. The 2 best I've ever had were Ibtsoom's and Primer's homemade salsa.
But let's just talk about your favorite jarred salsa. Do you pick up the Pace? Are you Hell on the Red? Do you twist off Mrs. Renfro? Ok, enough of that.
There are so many on the shelf, I don't know what to try next. Pace was the first we ever heard of in Louisiana back in the 80's, and I like it ok, but there are so many others of higher quality. I've been a jar a week Clint's Medium consumer for several years. I just tried Hell on the Red for the first time and it's awesome. I do not care for over the top hot. If I want to drool all over the place, I'll take a shot of liquid crab boil. I want flavor with a little heat. Discuss.
