        Also Turmeric is a great supplement. It stopped my back spasms, and helps many other things. My arthritis has got better as well.

          ...thanks for the "heads up" concerning the vitamin D Brother. I find that everytime my back gets to aching when the weather turns it reminds me of that time back in '80 that I had a 28ft ladder come off the strand when I was a new hire with GTE. Have found that the best relief comes from a full day on the water in the Skeeter with several hours of pitching lures. If added treatments are needed a few sips of an "adult beverage" in moderation seems to take care of that sore back.

                  You mean the richest County Workers in the Nation that are allowed time to tend to their pets? I don't know any job that allows one to take their pet to work except the Troll Booth guys at SLP.

                          That's a lucrative job. its like being inside a slot machine for them everytime someone puts $2 buck in the window with never a payout.
