Yep you are correct look close enough you can see duct tape. We did this site to see where it might go..Still not sure what we want to be when we grow up but I forsee we will always be the bigger sites (Westend,2cool ect) dirty little brother. We are not for everyone and we have tons of respect for all boards that were here before.Come on your site is actually fishing...mine ..well not so much.Like the cable commercial says -We are the site you would date , not marry. It is fun but tough.I will always be a fan of yours and Monts and you will never hear me bash you. I gaurantee.

Cody I didn't mean anything by it you should have seen the website (3 years ago) I had together when we opened it up to the general public it was a bunch of links pointing everywhere. I've been running websites for 11 years now. Its a hobby of mine and with the help of a friend from school (webmaster) we've made it into what you see today.

Our goal as your well aware of is to not get as big or "political" as 2COOL, we never had dreams of reaching that level... That being said 2COOL is great but when we want detailed information on an area we love fishing the most (West Bay) it just wasn't readily available. So we formed the "West End Anglers"

Read the About US section on the top menu bar it says a lot about who we are and where we have come from.

The forum was actually an accident that took off out of nowhere... We had a simple version anyone could post and then we made the jump to VBulletin. Its expensive to keep up and maintain but our Sponsors and donations from our loyal members help offset these costs.

Let us know if you'd like some help or direction. Look forward to meeting you. If Bryan says your a good guy your alright in my book too.

These are just a few. I like 2COOL I'm over there a lot but I stopped posting reports on there LONG ago because nobody could ask you questions. Sure you can use a different forum but come on. What's the point?

This is a club we ask questions we seek advice and hindering people from that advice is not something I will tolerate. I'd rather delete a thread then have someone black out a photo or jump someone's arse for making a comment about "Flounder" or "Snapper" etc...

Exactly Coe. I got lambasted for saying some pro-U.T. stuff and got red marked like crazy by some rabid aggies. Hey, I like ALL Texas schools, just like UT best. I also got negative feedback on some fishing posts-such as potlicker, live baiter-was kinda arrogant to me, so was dang glad to get here. More friendly and geographic to where I like to fish. You done a heck of a job and got nice members (except JT and Muddskipper of course-oh, and me).
