  • Shoreline Burning It Must Mean A Tournament

tomorrow. I was wading an empty shoreline this afternoon when I see a boat coming fast from the East along the shoreline. I'm about 150 ft. from my boat and these yahoos see me waving and they burn right across the reef in front of me.
They were in a Majek I believe, with a tower (of course)and remote helm.
My neighbor saw them burn the shorelines of Maggies too.

Lots of crazies out there today. I had drifts cut off about 5 times in an hour in Jones. One guy pulled about 50 yds in front of us and shut down and drifted in front of us......

Kenny, I saw those guys yesterday as well. Speaking of arses! Donna and I were wading in a cove earlier and I made the decision to head back to the boat and then I would pick up Donna. When I turned around there was a boat dropping off a wader about 100 yards from Donna and then the jerk off drove right in front of her while she was casting. Well, guess what??? I picked her up and gunned it out of there making all kinds of noise!!!! Pay backs are hell!

I don't see many boats with towers in West Bay, ever. This one looked a lot like the one Hartsel had several years back and sold.

Thomas, don't hold back, you have a comment make it.

I have to admit that my experiancs this weekend were of the best kind... Even with the weekend warriors out there We had no one pull a rookie move..
It may be because we spent most of the day in Karankawa and there were only 4 other boats all day. The real mess was at the boat ramp when half the guys figured out after they launched there wasn't enough water to go anywhere... Made for a screwy launch and exit...
