Cancer took both my Mother in law and Father in law; I hate it with a passion and know the uncertainty and information overload the docs are throwing at you all each visit. Be strong if faith and compassion. He'll need both from all of you supporting him right now.

I know what you're going through. It is hard. My dad passed away with cancer in 1992. He was one month into 66 years old. Like everyone says: talk to him. Let him enjoy you all. Tell him you LOVE him. Remind him of the good old times you all had together. We'll be praying for you all. Lord Bless.

You guys are great. FWE is a great family. Thank all of you. I lost my dad from cancer 5 yrs ago at the age of 62. He wouldn't eat but he survived his last days on his lone star beer. I kept saying that's not good but the Drs and hospice said if he's happy let him drink it. Cancer sucks!!!!!

Let him have whatever he wants! My friend ate hand cranked vanilla bean ice cream till the end. It was the only thing he could eat and he relished every bite.
