  • 2010 Crab Trap Clean Up

I just got off the phone with Tonya over at Dickinson Marine Lab and she told me the 2010 dates are set for February 19th - 28th

The big date for TPWD help and when they try to have all their staff out there is on the 20th.

I know this is near Rodeo, Mardi Gras etc... Try to pencil these dates on your calendar, any crab trap you run across during this time is fair game. Remove them and trash them. Drop off locations will be coordinated with TPWD & I told her that we could help coordinate good drop off locations as were on the Island.

Big heads up so you can't say I didn't warn you

Great. Can clear some of the old ones I always worry about running over near some of my spots!!
"Hey Hillary, regarding the Benghazi Attack on 9/11-we'll just blame it on that movie, not my total lack of security. By the way, what's so significant about 9/11 anyway-was that a date my buddy Bill Ayers of the Weather Underground blew up a government building?" asked Obama to Hillary. BEAUTIFY AMERICA, RUN OVER A LIBERAL, THEN BACK UP AND SEE IF HE'S DEAD.

If they are old and not marked I always remove them. If I run across one while drifting in shallow water that no longer has a buoy or line on it I'll remove that too.

Leave my traps alone! They only LOOK derelict.

on his airboat? we need him to drag it over here to west bay... I'll pay his gas and fuel for the rig having that thing around is invaluable!
