greg will not be making it , but we should still be able to get the soffits done and maybe catch a few fish. As far as the window goes, I can pick one up tomorrow and bring it down. Also I will get the treated plywood and 1x4's to go with them , also the 1x2's for the back wall.

ya just quarter the remaining roof and cut it down. :Leave strongback and loadbearing structure alone. Don't touch the porch lol. BE prepared to pick up porch when it falls.

Oh, even though the left front corner looks like it just hanging on joists and the plywood is rotting it seemed safe to 007. I couldn't quite walk to the end, though

I just got a tear-out and re-pour driveway next door at my neighbor's house that I'm gonna start in the morning. Hopefully I can get it knocked out by Friday. I should be able to tear it out and have it set up tomorrow for a Friday pour.
