Just read the thread on artificial reefs where grass beds are mentioned, and I wonder if there are any in Olffatts. I remember the fun of sandy circles in the grass fields of Redfish Bay off Aransis Pass.
Actually the last time (many Yeats ago) I used my father's then-antigue Shakespeare level wind with early braided line that took the fun out of a couple of keepers. I was used to mono and having to be very careful of breakage. I figured the ancient braid needed even more care. But the first retrieve came right in without much fight, making me think it was a rat red. When it wasn't, I thought maybe it was sickly. But the second quick reprieve proved it was the braided libecand classic reel. Anyway, grass in aOlffatts?
