What's up with the low tide

Hit Christmas for the morning hunt and the water is about 2+ foot down. Hard to hunt when your decoys are in 4 inches of water. My question for the elders is why is the water so low and how long till it rises??

That's because we had 3-4 days of 15 MPH + North winds... Water drops and will return on a South wind.
