Lost my bestfriend today..

So sorry about your loss. As I write this, my heart is heavy too. Today, I found out my Bassett Hound, Bevo, has Stage 5 Lymphoma. Today was his 1st dosage of chemo and we will see next week how he responds. I pray God comforts your heart, it sounds like Cassie was a lucky dog. Time will only heal the pain, and when it does, go get you another fishing and hunting partner.

Drue, hang in there buddy I know it is tough. We lost our lab of 15 years on my birthday in August. We are still not over it and really miss him greatly! Stay strong!
