When i was working in denver a couple months ago i remeber they were rolling this program out for ppl in the low income bracket... ridiculious.. but they said if these ppl did not have cellphones what will happen in an emergency.. 15 years ago noone has cell phones and now its a neccessity?? Dont get me wrong i love my crackberry but i'll be fine w/out it.Comment
