I had to laugh at myself this morning. Half way to the reefs jammin along without a care in the world then I notice water coming up through my rear floor caps. As I kneeled down to get a better look what do you think i saw right below the now rising water......Yep the freaking plug!!! I felt 15 again.

DON'T FORGET THE PLUG!! Hope you were able to get it bailed out via bilge.

We all get in a hurry at the ramp it happens.

I tend to always stop before the ramp and get everything ready so all I have to do is back the boat in, tie it up & park the truck.

I was going very slow surveying the area. I beached it and jumped out and plugged it. My hull was full but the bilge did its job.

Aaaah...I had it happen, with a twist...I accidently knocked the t handle off the plug and the boat filled through a what was the equivalent of a pee hole. Lesson learned...always carry a spare...or two!

CRAP!! Must of missed that PSA. Oh well I did happen to catch the fishing report from Chambers, Montgomery and Matagorda counties though........... Alot of yep and thats for sure.....
