Afternoon trip

Jamin and I hit the water around 3:30 yesterday. We had no luck at our first spot. Saw a stuck boat and saw nobody around. Looks like it had been abandoned earlier that day. We moved to find some good bait and sat back until dark getting bites and catching flounder, reds and trout. All caught on chicken boy lures.

Nice going! Low water and winds kept us home. Glad somebody is fishing.

Nice catching. It was definitely a tough day. I took the boat out for a spin Sat. morning to test a new motor, but with the stiff north winds and low tide, I didn't even bother to do much fishing. Motor ran great though.

WTG!!

We had heck-tried saturday and spent time aground twice in that nice 25+ MPH wind and then hit it Sunday with nada to show but a gas bill around $100+. Good news was the old Robalo ran great and beer was tasty-bad news was no fish and found out my bilge pump is out.
