I got to work at 7am Monday and by 10 after i was doing CPR on a coworker. HFD EMT's arrived in less than 10 min and worked on him for 30 min and never got heartbeat.
So i say "live your life and live it now, cause you never know when its your time"

We've had some close calls at our office. Prayers sent castaway, tough deal you were put through. We now have those emergency defibrillators in our office.

Its not live your life now! Most of us Men are Hardheaded & Never want to go to the Doctor, Just remember If you dont feel quite the same "Tired, Arm or Leg Numbness, Chest pains you might think its Heartburn" Just remember when you Body starts talking to you LISTEN & go to the Doctor! BECAUSE that might be the ONLY Warning sign you get! The next sign you see will be your HEADSTONE! & Castaway I'm sure his Family was VERY GRATEFUL for doing what you could until the EMT's Got there!!

I've been there just as you and it still is fresh in my mind and it happened in the 80's. Just keep in mind that you did all you could do and you were able to try which is more than most folks can do, so remember you made a great, honorable effort to try and save that person!!
