Those things crack me up. Although the truck is a 4cyl so I don't have much room to talk
Actually I have no problem with them. I would rather people who don't need trucks to drive economy cars. I give much more credit to the regular non-fishing, non-hunting guy who drives a corolla, than to the poser in the 1/2 ton who's never left the pavement or pulled a trailer and who's bed is free of scratches.
I was listening to the news the other day and apparentely there is a big problem in the Netherlands with smart cars. Seems trouble-makers have found out that it's a lot of fun to get a few buddies and pick up smart cars and throw them into the canals. Pretty dick of them, but I had a laugh hearing that.

My parent's neighbor here has one and I asked about it. He said, take it for a spin. Walked into his house, came back out and threw me the keys. It was a lot of fun actually. The cockpit was big enough for my gargantuan arse, and the thing had a LOT of pep. I asked him about mileage and he said it gets 38 mpg. I was floored. That SUCKS for a go cart like that. I'd expect 55-60 mpg from a little thing like that. It was actually fun to drive though. Not muscle car fun, or antique car fun . . . . more like go carts when you're 9 years old fun. Not too bad when you're 36. I could buy one as an escape pod for my Silverado.
