Scraw turkey! My family is having redfish on the halfshell with shrimp dressing, my famous bean melenge, trout debris, oysters rockefeller, Pavli potatoes, and flounder stuffed roasted tomatoes. Top dat y'all! I've been choppin' veggies and prepping since 7am.

Steve_A & I caught 2 limits of trout this morning. Back home in time for turkey dinner. Now I am down for the count after the Texans win watching americas team to end the day... I was a great day I hope everyone had one as well...

We went to a resturant here in NJ for T-day dinner. ALMOST chose the flounder with crab stuffing as the entree, but I already knew that it wouldnt be like the ones we caught and cooked from West Bay. So opted for the turkey, it was good, and I am grateful for such a nice dinner. But redfish on the half shell, or real flounder stuffed with just kicking crab or shrimp that were alive just before I pinched off there heads and mixed it with a little breading, there's nothing that comes close to that anywhere commercially. I am now officially homesick. NJ Sucks.
