Just bought 4 on Black Friday. One of the reels only lasted one trip before this issue started.

How do you wear out a reel when there are no feetch in Chocolate?

I'd take them back soon as the last time I returned something at Academy they were somewhat unfriendly about it. Don't know if new management is forcing them to be a little stricter or what....

Not usually, but it doesn't hurt.
Sometimes they get a little picky, so if you have a the box or reciept they're fine. The thing is, they're the only ones selling the H2Os so there's not really any excuse for them not to accept them.
