For the FWE cooking team pro's...if you were going to buy a backyard pit, that could be portable enough for a 5x8 trailer and 1 to 2 people to load. What size would you get and what style would you look for? Reverse flow, standard dampner system or other, smoker box vs no smoker box, size for say a party of 10-15, ect ect, ect....
Also heat box design info would be helpful(square vs round)...I understand leak proof, 1/4" thick minimum, but any other things I should look at? Also, not wanting to break the bank here...max benefit for little $$$...I'm cheap that way!
