    Had some free time between jobs so I started playing in my tackle bag came up with this guy. Plan on try him out this evening

              a rockport ratler with a flex stinger hook ... nice set up. are you using heavy mono to attach the stinger to the hook?

              i would flip the hook so it doesnt drag on the bottom & get hung up with grass or oyster

                Thank you. Yes I used some 30# test mono to attach a frog hook to the tail.

                    Is that a chickenboy skrimp? I've had a lot of luck with those with a rock port rattler jig head! Good idea adding that extra hook at tail end of the lure! Looks like I have something to do tonight....hahaha!

                          So went out into the marsh down by jones bay to try it out. I got out there at 7pm and left at 8:30pm. All I managed were these two crabs in the act of making some baby crabs. They werent to pleased to say the least. Oh well tomorrows another day.
