I Spent the last 10 days up in Colorado

Enjoyed the drier cooler air & trout fishing in the Eagle river. Landed only a few trout the water was a lot lower this year due to the lack of snow fall this past winter. I caught a couple before my buddy Jay informed me had lost his phone in the river and was ready to go no photos because they were on Jay's phone.

We went and hiked Piney Lake and Hanging Lake, also camped at Camp Hale where the 10th Mountain Division trained before being deployed during WWII. Photos below:

It's not allowed... I was to winded from the hike up. 1.25 MI straight up. It's no joke. One couple we ran into had been hiking for 6 hours! Poor lady was trying to get down she said it was worth it. That's dedication! It took us 1 hour up, 30 minutes down.

I've only been out that way once about 5 years ago...we might of done the Hanging Lake hike, but I can't remember squat. I'll have to reference the photo album to see. We usually stay closer to Breckinridge/ Fairplay/ South Park area.
