6-16-12 - See Isle

Took the kayaks down and fished Snake Island Cove at Sea Isle for the first time on Saturday. Man, that place is great. It's got a little bit of everything...marshes, cuts, grass, etc. Saw redfish tailing back in the marsh and drifted the middle when it got hotter. Lots of folks out. Cloud cover kept it cool throughout most of the morning. Overall, a great day on the water!

Gotcha, thanks. Told my buddy we were famous for a week! Ha ha The right hand turns on those reds does look funny. Didn't notice before. My buddy is normally a serious bass fisherman, and had a bass bag with ice in it his yak vs a stringer.

im glad you guys got on them. Wes called me earlier in the week & told me some of the spots he has been fishing in the bay so i told him to try that area. he said he caught his P.B. red that day.... congrats guys
