No, that is a "how ya be holdin your mouf" fishing spot (Rollover Pass)-wait til surf is green and then fish out front of Rollover pass. The pass is for croakers, hardheads and piggies mainly and is generally wall to wall folks that throw Zebco 33s. Sure some trout and reds run thru it, but an onslaught of dead bait soakers sorta ruins it IMO.

Like I said, ya need to check this site out and READ the articles under the "NEWS" Section-it has a wealth of information. Also, go get a Hooksetter map for wading and review it and you will learn some spots like along Skyline Drive (I call it the Levee road-the road to the Moses Lake Flood Gates) /Dollar Flats near Texas City, Mosquito Island (dangerous deep hole and lots of drownings), Sportsman Road, Apfel Park on channel side of South Jetty, etc. learn which places are best for certain wind directions and key on them, keeping in mind always tyhe wind and tides.
"Hey Hillary, regarding the Benghazi Attack on 9/11-we'll just blame it on that movie, not my total lack of security. By the way, what's so significant about 9/11 anyway-was that a date my buddy Bill Ayers of the Weather Underground blew up a government building?" asked Obama to Hillary. BEAUTIFY AMERICA, RUN OVER A LIBERAL, THEN BACK UP AND SEE IF HE'S DEAD.

I suggest this site for people just learning how to read tides and solunar tables. They do a good job of explaining what the info is and what it means. They also have many precise locations such as SLP, Rollover Pass, etc. www.tides4fishing.com
