Fillet em and marinade for 3 days in italian dressing w/creole seasoning. Fire up the smoker place the fillets on a cedar plank and cook for 3 hrs. Take off smoker. Remove fillet throw in trash and eat the board.Bacon Bacon Bacon!!!Comment
