Willie, the track and channel your showing has been very well marked. the channel closest to the Galveston side that that you can reach by driving in has filled considerably. You shouldnt have any problems getting to Sandy, just avoid that big hump between Bird Island and to the West. It's a sticker for sure...I think you've seen my pictures!

Willie, Aqua Pimp is correct. We went out there and plotted it all out and it was not too bad (unless you run when it is dark and get off course like imhammer and I did). Just look for the tall PVC pipes with orange markers on top. This is the start of the channel. Some other advice is follow a boat that looks like they know what they are doing. Just take it slow and easy!

I haven't had a GPS with a track on it since I've started fishing the bays, I just go by wheather I kick up any mud or not.
I work just enough to pay for my fishing habit.
