        Its torque tab anode, they run about 15 bucks, I'll have one at the shop Friday, need to put lock tite blue on it

                I didn't replace it another company did. How does the trim tab attach to the under part of the skeg? Is there a bolt? Perhaps what I was looking at was the nut sliding around in the housing?? Bryan that's why I said I'll need your help showing me how it attaches or goes together.

                  A bolt holds it on. Wont hurt to run it a time or two without it.

                    Pull the trapezoidal plastic cap directly above the trim tab. Get a socket that fits the bolt head down inside, you'll need an extension. Hold the zinc under the bolt and tighten the chit out of it!
