Try Illegal Dumping, creating a boating hazard, littering, or being a hazard to human beings!!-you can just go on with a list-the POS could have caused someone's death very easily and word is he's prepping to haul another tree into the bay now. I know a friend of my Dad got a $200 ticket for dropping a cigarette butt, so I think JB will fine the crapola outta him.

JBPD called me-they are gonna get him!! They know where he lives, asked me for the pictures which Bountyhunter is emailing me so I can email Lt. Hubbell at JBPD.
