  • Jetties in the fog

    Had a party of four Sunday
    Including ten year old Jacob Columbo
    Headed out to the jetties in complete
    FOG to get the spot before it got nice
    Right away fish on! Spanish Mackeral
    Then about a 35 lb Jack followed by a 3lb+ Pompano several bull Reds
    Then the Sheepshead fiesta!
    Fog cleared into a great day sent some nice full baggies of filets for youth ministry fish fry!
    Will try and post up pics later!

                  Wow! I wanted to go to the jetties this past weekend, but didn't have my "boat monkey" with me to help with anchoring chores. We spent Saturday drifting around the bay from Seabrook to Seawolf. Sand Trout, Gafftop, and Whiting were the catch.

                  Nice job!
