I just want to give Chris a little bump on here... All I can say is that he is the MAN when it comes to shimanos. I received 2 reels back from him a few weeks ago and I can assure you that they are better than when I bought them new. The 2 reels that I received back are the smoothest that I have ever fished with. I do not fish with just any rinky dink equipment, I spend good money on everything that I own. I can assure you that I really had a hard time letting these things be shipped, after the fact it was the best move that i could ever have made. Chris keep up the good work and you will for sure have people fighting over your service. Guys trust me, if you let this man do the work you will be totally amazed at the end result
