AP, by our boat dock last weekend there might have been 30-40 in one spot! I did see a few our Terramar as well and I agree, wear long pants all the time when wading!
All kinds of jellies are out there! I can't even toss a cast net without getting ten pounds of jellies!!! Nasty! Oh, and Mike, another weird thing happened in your canal. I was trying to catch mullet right at the end of your canal and ended up with a net full of tiny catfish!!! That in addition to the ten pounds of jellies. That took a while to untangle. Yuk!!
Thanks for the heads up. I've seen at least two a night in JB lately but it seams to be it's thickest in July here. In July when I filet fish I just tell people to get out the water cause the jelly hovers over to get their fill of the oils in the water of something.
