  • Discount for Stake Out Stick?

I'm looking at getting a stake out stick after going fishing with Mike and realizing how easy it was to set and remove that thing... its held us in a good 20mph wind too...

I was impressed to say the least. I jumped on there website and found the stick also saw the push pole it looks to be telescoping which would be a benefit in my rig with the limited space...

Any discounts from 2COOL or anyone know who makes these? Just asking before I go drop some $$$.

Brian Little makes them and he lives in the Port Neches area.I have his SOS and yak stick, but not the pushpole. If he makes it...its good though. Brian is a real nice guy and one heck of a fisherman so he's put them throu the ringer. When I had my hip replaced 2 years ago, he made me a Stakeout cane with antlered handle using the yak stick material. Sorry, but as far as discounts....I didn't get any either, other than the cane because it was free.
I've got his cell number if you'd like to talk with him. Let me know.

          Thanks, Monte.

When I'm ready I'm going to call him and get a Stake Out Stick and Push Pole and call and talk to him. I will call you first Monte to get his number or something.

If you can get me a discount on a yak stick I'll get one too. They are awfully proud of those things though...

The 8ft Stake Out Sticks are really hard to find. I called 4 places to only find 1 in stock. Luckly one of my customers is the owner of Fishing Tackled Unlimited and he had one hid in the back that he sold me. No discount though, but I wqs just glad to get one.

I have been wanting a stake out stick as well. I wonder if he would do a group buy discount if we organize enough members from here. Just a thought.

I doubt it on the discount Matt...but you never know. I believe he pretty much barely makes anything on them as it is. Get a list and I'll call and talk with him.

No big deal if he doesnt. It was just a thought, and if they are backed up on orders and sold out in most stores, then he wont really be making anything off of a group buy. But, its worth a shot I guess. Thanks Monte
